I too would like to see a Photodo review on it. I've heard and read nice things about this lens. It's not fast, but supposedly quite sharp at all focal lengths.

"supposedly quite sharp at all focal lengths"

It's a cheap plastic kit lens with a cheap plastic mount. It has a 35mm equivalent range of c.28-200mm. OF COURSE IT'S NOT SHARP AT ALL FOCAL LENGTHS!!!!!

That may be but it seems to me that the purpose of this site is to provide objective reviews so we can decide for ourselves if the lens is appropriate for our personal needs.
Adorama reviews range from 1 to 5 and average 3.5 and several commented about the plastic ring. One comment was "I had an 18-200 VR but prefer this lens for its eye-popping results." - so it can't be all bad!

the site show's the other 18-55 & 18-70 kit lenses so why not the 18-135? i own one & i would think alot of beginners in the UK have one too.
