Minolta 3xi Lenses Compatable with SONY DSLRs?

I want to buy a digital SLR. I understand that SONY has assumed the Konica Minolta DSLR business. I have had a Minolta 3xi for about 15 years, and would like know if the A-type bayonet mount AF lenses I have would be compatable with the current SONY DSLRs. Same for the flash unit. Does anybody out the know? Thanks.
