You have asked a very difficult question, not least because we do not know what the final use will be. Web use? Small prints? Large exhibition prints?

However, to make the use of your new camera as easy as possible, first of all I would suggest that you invest in A series or later lenses, that is, lenses with an "A" on the aperture ring.

Having said that, the two most user-friendly lenses for your camera do not have aperture rings.

The SMC Pentax-DA 50-200mm is a superb, compact lens of high quality and I thoroughly recommend it. It is a 35mm-equivalent of 75-300mm.

The SMC Pentax FA-J 75-300mm extends the 35mm-equivalent long end to 450mm, which is superb. Especially when you consider it focuses down to around 1.4m, allowing superb close ups of small flowers.

All the lenses you list would be suitable, but the two I mention would be an ideal choice. We have them both and they are very satisfactory indeed.
