I've got the AI and I use on FX. Excellent built. Very soft at 1.4 better at 2.0 excellent from 2.8 to 8. Beautiful to see.

Solidly-built, bright finder image, easy to handle in low light. Sharpness improves to excellent at 2.8 and smaller stops.
