Voigtlander Color Skopar 21mm f/4 Reviews

The Skopar 21 f/4 is a very interesting budget oriented superwide. The image quality is really superb even wide open. I usually use it wide open or at f/5.6. The RF coupling on this lens is icing on the cake, but enables up-close use of this lens wide open with assurance that the focus is dead on.
Wide open the lens performs quite graciously. Stopped down a bit it is even better, with fine details discernible across the entire frame. By f/11 it starts to decline in quality.
The build quality is nice. Body is a lightweight anodized alloy like the 15mm Heliar and not brass as in some other CV lenses, but it is sturdy nonetheless.
